In 2020, planning was granted to convert the commercial offices into 167 high quality apartments. This was an extremely fast moving project, and was completed in just 11 months. Middlesex House is located in Edgware, Northern Greater London. This prominent 8-floor building was originally built in the 1970’s and has been converted into 163 studio flats and limited one and two-bedroom apartments.
