Having completed other school plantroom renovations, West Coast MEP understand the importance of careful planning and timing of proposed works to cause minimal downtime and disruption.

The plantroom was finished with a painted floor, new door and lighting which was all installed by West Coast MEP.

Magma 3 Grundfos twin head and single head pumps

Becketts House is located in Ilford, East London. It was originally built in 1993 as office buildings.

In 2020, planning was granted to convert the commercial offices into 167 high quality apartments.

This was an extremely fast moving project, and was completed in just 11 months. Meticulous planning was essential.

Middlesex House is located in Edgware, Northern Greater London.
This prominent 8-floor building was originally built in the 1970’s and has been converted into 163 studio flats and limited one and two-bedroom apartments.

The project came with it's own interesting challenges, but the project was completed in 12 months

West Coast MEP undertook the challenging conversion of a commercial property in North London into 75 residential apartments.

There were a number of challenges as the existing building floor plates and structural constraints were not designed for today’s modern MEP infrastructures. The building needed to be stripped back to shell with new external cladding and interior fit-out.

The summer holiday is the perfect time for West Coast MEP to carry out any major work at Schools and Colleges. This means there is minimal disruption to students, teachers and staff and allowed us to easily isolate utility supplies, get relevant equipment in, carry out any work which could otherwise be hazardous during term time.

West Coast MEP replaced our old boilers with a modern and efficient system. The difference is amazing.

This project replaced equipment that had been in-situ since 1980. The site now benefits from all of the green innovations that will help the school run more efficiently for many years to come.
