West Coast MEP undertook the challenging conversion of a commercial property in North London into 75 residential apartments.
There were a number of challenges as the existing building floor plates and structural constraints were not designed for today’s modern MEP infrastructures. The building needed to be stripped back to shell with new external cladding and interior fit-out.
West Coast MEP completed mechanical, electrical and public health installations comprising of:
